Our 60-minute workshops are very popular because they are more informal and less structured than traditional training. Adding little bursts of inspiration to peoples day!
THE WELLBEING GAP: The difference between feeling OK and being exceptionally well is what we call the "Wellbeing Gap" and we are interested in helping people find ways to close this gap. We consider this our introductory workshop because it touches on the varying aspects of all the workshops below, showing people how and why they are all connected. **Introductory offer: £125.00**
FOOD, MOOD & ENERGY: If you are waking up feeling below par, anxious or tired and unrefreshed, there is something you can do to change that. Here we explore how different foods can affect our mood, the essential relationship between good digestion and our natural energy levels, including those post-lunch slumps, and offer some great tools to help
SLEEP & REST: Sleep and rest play a vital role in good health and daily wellbeing with studies showing that a good night's sleep enhances your problem-solving skills, your ability to learn new things, pay attention, reduce the risk of having an accident, make decisions, and be creative. Discover ways to relax and tips to enhance the quality and duration of your sleep.
EMOTIONAL HEALTH: Emotional health is about how we think and feel. It is about our sense of wellbeing, our ability to cope with life events and how we acknowledge our own emotions as well as those of others. It doesn’t mean being happy all of the time but neither should we have to feel a slave to our emotive impulses either.
MINDFULNESS: Whether it is carrying out routine day-to-day tasks or taking a break, this workshop is designed to illuminate the pragmatic nature of mindfulness and how it can be applied at work so we feel calmer and more in control.
CONFIDENCE: Everyone, from trainees to seasoned leaders have times when they experienc self-doubt. Your level of self-confidence can show in many ways: your behaviour, your bodylanguage, how you speak, what you say, and so on. The good news is that self-confidence really can be learnt and built on.
FINDING YOUR MOJO: Do you feel that you have lost your flow? If so, this workshop will help you reconnect with what matters to you most and helps you feel alive. Our values determine our priorities, and, deep down, they're probably the measures we use to tell if our career is turning out the way we want it to.
PLAYING TO YOUR STRENGTHS: People who build up their strengths can reach their highest potential. This positive approach does not pretend to ignore or deny weakness; rather, it offers a separate and unique feedback experience that counterbalances negative input. Identifying and tapping into our strengths allows us to make a meaningful contribution.
